Job Description – ASM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
- Supervise store staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and stock management.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
